Corporate governance at Technology Nexus AB (publ) is based on Swedish legislation, primarily the Swedish Companies Act and the listing agreement with the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
In December 2004 a Swedish code of conduct was presented to the Board. Technology Nexus AB (publ) is not required to follow the stipulations of this Swedish code, which applies to companies on the Stockholm Stock Exchange A list and only larger companies on the exchange’s O list. The Board is yet to decide whether Nexus should nevertheless adopt the code in its entirety.
