Nexus Professional Services provide services and solutions for Nexus products. Our mission is to help our customers to fully utilize their product investments and thereby reach their business objectives.
Our expertise is gained by working close to our product development units. Many of our professional service staff has personally worked with product development. Our areas of expertise include information security, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital identities, smart cards and encryption techniques. Quality in our services is mainly achieved through our expertise, by following standard processes and using packaged services.
Every Nexus product has three standard services that cover training, deployment and technical study (Solution Assurance).
The development of complex solutions is associated with high risks. Our method to reduce these risks is to divide such projects into two parts; first a Solution Assurance and then the implementation project. In a Solution Assurance service we will systematically verify all relevant requirements and preconditions for the solution. The resulting report will be a foundation for the implementation project.
